LEI TanXia site in DongGuan City was awarded as “Safe Enterprise Honor” by the utility of TX township, DongGuan City in March, 2022.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, LEI, TX took comprehensive preventive measures to prioritize the safety and well-being of all employees. In addition to the standard precautions observed in other factories, LEI, TX introduced a unique initiative called the "FFP" (Family Friendly Program). This program offered child care services to our employees while they were at work. Participating families took turns looking after the children in designated rooms, where homework assistance, recreational activities, and snacks were provided. This thoughtful program alleviated the worries of working parents, allowing them to concentrate on their tasks without concern.
The remarkable efforts made by LEI, TX during this challenging period yielded impressive results, and their dedication was recognized by a local external organization. The honor received holds significant meaning to us, and we are delighted to share this achievement with everyone.
