Embracing talent — because we can always do better.

At LEI, talent sustainability has always been one of our core priorities.
To build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, LEI is proud to officially join the “2025 TALENT, in Taiwan” Talent Sustainability Action Alliance.
This year, we commit to the following actions for our people:

We are dedicated to building a fair and open workplace by implementing diversity and inclusion policies, ensuring that every employee develops in a respectful and equitable environment while promoting gender equality and human rights protection.

3. Well-being and Health
We care deeply about our employees’ holistic health by offering medical consultations from on-site physicians, health checkups beyond legal standards, and a safe work environment. Through seminars and e-newsletters, we raise awareness of proactive health management.

4. Development and Growth
We provide comprehensive training programs and self-learning opportunities to enhance professional competence and leadership potential, encouraging continuous growth and limitless possibilities.

5. Communication and Experience
We foster open and diverse communication channels, listen to employee voices, and strengthen two-way engagement through various initiatives—creating a friendlier and more connected workplace experience.

We will continue to take action alongside CommonWealth Learning (#天下學習) and over 500 alliance partners, driving positive change and shaping a better future for every working individual.
