Leader Electronics Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “LEI”) has consistently upheld the core values of integrity, prudent corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. In response to recent investigative actions conducted by the Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Justice at LEI, and in order to maintain transparency and safeguard the rights and interests of all stakeholders, the Company hereby issues the following statement :
- Background and Status of the Case
The investigation in question is a follow-up judicial inquiry related to the “Internal Control Deficiency Concerning the Disposal of Unlisted Securities” previously disclosed by LEI on April 10, 2025. On January 6, 2026, the Company fully cooperated with the Investigation Bureau by providing relevant information and explanations as requested. From the outset, the Company has complied with all applicable investigative procedures and has furnished all necessary documentation to assist in clarifying the matter.
- Normal Business Operations
All of LEI finances/cash flow and business operations remain normal. Administrative, financial, manufacturing, sales, and service activities have not been affected by the investigation. The Company continues to fulfill all contractual obligations to its business partners and remains fully committed to maintaining consistent service quality.
- Ongoing Cooperation and Information Disclosure
The Company will continue to closely monitor the progress of the investigation and, where necessary, will make timely and lawful disclosures in accordance with applicable regulations. We respectfully ask our business partners and customers to refrain from relying on unverified information or rumors.
- Protection of Partner and Customer Interests
The Company places the highest importance on its long-standing partnerships and the protection of customer interests. We sincerely apologize for any concerns this matter may have caused and reaffirm our commitment to ensuring that the rights and interests of our partners and customers are not adversely affected.
